 BIO / EZEQUIEL CASARES

 
 
 

Born in Patagonia, Argentina, Ezequiel is based out of Los Angeles, CA. He shot Words Into Characters with Brazilian artist Jum Nakao, winning a Gold Clio Award. He was a cinematographer on Minimum Wage, a web series executive produced by Issa Rae and Project Greenlight, and also shot the first season of Macro series Re-Date. He recently completed filming De La Calle, a Paramount+ TV series exploring the evolution of Urbano music and it’s influence on different cultures. He is also working on commercial projects with clients such as Epic Aircraft, Pacific Airshow, the Oscars and Vans. He graduated with an MFA in Cinematography from AFI and is a Film Independent’s Project Involve Fellow. He is a Jury Member at SIMA Awards, an organization honoring documentaries that stand out in their merit to inspire social change.
